System Requirements

The FAREnetGlobal is a browser-based application, so all you need is access to the internet, and a web-browser. DATAFLEXnet recommends Internet Explorer 6.

  • User Friendly

The FAREnetGlobal user interface is tab-based, allowing you to jump in and out of the different fare types. The enquiry drop-down functionality hides individual fare information until you're ready to see it. When selecting individual fare details, you can jump in and out of the Summary, Routing, Full Contract, Fare Sheet, Fare Rules, and Ticketing Information tabs.

  • Multiple Fare Search Types

Use FAREnetGlobal to search for one-ways, returns, open-jaws, and one-way inbounds. Search for Nett fares, published fares (Galileo Super Best Buy / Sabre Journey Record), low-cost airlines, and webfares.

  • Icon-based Fare Search

The nett fare search produces an easy-to-read fare line, highlighting fares that are corporate route deals, companion fares, IT rates. Also, the system highlights where the fare could change due to multiple-level domestic add-ons, or where flight restrictions are in place. Additionally, black-out days/dates are highlighted, empowering the travel consultant to suggest date changes.

  • Full Routing Information

Routing and pricing are comprehensively explained, from the feeder options and accompanying fees, to the main routing both outbound and return. Pricing items have selectable radio buttons and where the price can differ, the price is dynamically calculated.

  • GDS Integration

Full GDS availability and booking with facility to enter Galileo DI remarks, Sabre UDIDs, and additional notepad entries.

  • No-Frills GDS Integration

Booking no-frills airlines can be configured to make passive sector bookings into Galileo and Sabre, along with DI/UDIDs to auto-invoicing.

  • Management Information

Details of every enquiry are stored for the provision of management information. Report on the number of user enquiries, and to which route, over a configurable date-range.

  • Comprehensive Mark-up System

Mark-ups can be applied at three levels, setting two for both corporate clients and internal branch use, and a dynamic on-screen mark-up. This further breaks down to airline, class of travel (economy, premium economy, and business/first), and across destination class (long haul, short haul, or domestic).

Pricing Structure

FAREnetGlobal is offered on a two-tiered pricing structure, to suit all businesses.

  • User-Based

The User-Based pricing model is targeted at larger agents holding a lot of nett fare contracts, wishing for a full ADM Guarantee, with unlimited access for their users. Please contact DATAFLEXnet for a quotation.

  • Transaction-Based

Aimed at smaller agents, the Transaction-Based pricing model has recently been launched with the view to "pay-as-you-go".
